The AYU Emergency Kit brings together Emergency Medicines, Essential Medicines, Pediatric Medicines and First Aid Supplies, organised to provide readily accessible support for different medical needs.
During an emergency, call the Ayu Command Centre and keep the kit next to the patient. The team will perform tele-triage, guide you on the appropriate response and, where required, help you arrange further medical care.
Emergency Medicines are red-labelled and numbered. Use the placement chart to quickly locate the medicine identified by the Command Centre.
Before administering an Emergency Medicine, confirm the medicine, dosage and route/instructions with the Ayu Command Centre.
If an ambulance is unavailable, you may need to arrange your own transport to the nearest emergency stabilisation centre. The Command Centre will continue to provide online guidance during transit.
