The grand opening ceremony was graced by the presence of esteemed dignitaries: Shri Himanshu Shukla, IAS; Sri Rapaka Vara Prasad, MLA (Razole); Sri Mudunoori Prasad Raju, MLA (Narsapuram); Sri N. Ramanayudu, MLA (Palac’ll); Sri G. Suryarao, Ex MLA (Razole); and Sri Bhonthu Rajeshwara Rao, Ex-Chief Engineer, RWS.
